Processing & Dispatch
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days — we will always communicate any delays promptly.
Please note: for print-on-demand and sourced items, production times may extend dispatch by an additional 2–5 business days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time via the carrier's website.
Delays & Lost Parcels
While we work with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, adverse weather, or high-demand periods. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 5 business days before contacting us.
